侯爱画经方缓解肺癌患者靶向治疗后皮肤瘙痒经验

摘　　要：靶向治疗可显著延长肺癌驱动基因阳性患者的生存期,但靶向治疗后皮肤瘙痒明显影响肺癌患者的生活质量。侯爱画认为肺癌患者靶向治疗后皮肤瘙痒主要责之于阳郁化热、瘀血阻滞,肌肤失养、阴液亏虚,病邪留滞、阴血亏虚,肝旺风动,脾虚生湿、蕴热致痒,治疗当清解郁热、活血祛瘀,养血润燥、益气养血生津、养血敛阴,柔肝熄风,辛开苦降、健脾化湿、清泻湿热,临床当结合脏腑、六经、气血等多种辨证,脏腑平调,气血兼顾,分别选用桂枝麻黄各半汤,大黄蛰虫丸,升麻鳖甲汤,桂枝新加汤加竹叶石膏汤,芍药甘草汤等方剂治疗,疗效明显。In patients with positive lung cancer-driven genes,targeted therapy can significantly extend their survival.However,pruritus,the toxic side effect of targeted therapy on the skin,notably affects their quality of life,and there are still few clinical treatments for it,with their efficacy not satisfactorily remarkable.Professor Hou Aihua maintains that traditional Chinese medicine can not only participate in the prevention and treatment of tumors,but also play an active role in the treatment of the toxic and side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy and molecular targeted drugs.This paper introduces his views on the etiology and pathogenesis of pruritus in lung cancer patients after targeted therapy,analyzes his clinical experience in the treatment of pruritus by using classic prescriptions,hoping to offer some new ideas for its future treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
