摘　　要：通过梳理古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出远志:功效主要为安神益智,豁痰开窍,祛痰止咳,宁心定悸。症靶为失眠、痴呆健忘、痰多痰黏。标靶为心律失常。现代药理研究发现远志及其有效成分具有镇静催眠、抗痴呆、保护中枢神经系统、镇咳祛痰、抗心律失常等作用。远志性温,心肾火旺或阴虚阳亢的患者慎用。明确对远志过敏的患者应禁用,有备孕需求的人群、孕妇应谨慎使用。临床剂量一般为10~30 g。Through the investigation of ancient books and literature,the combing of modern research results of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the knowledge and application experience of well-known experts and scholars in thefields of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese pharmacy,it is concluded that milkwort root is characterized as follows:Its main effects involve tranquilizing the spirit and improving intelligence,eliminating phlegm for resuscitation,expelling phlegm and arresting cough,and calming the heart and relieving palpitation.Its symptom targets are insomnia,dementia and forgetfulness,excessive phlegm and sticky sputum,while its biochemical indicator target is arrhythmia.Modern pharmacology has found that the herb and its active ingredients have effects of sedation and hypnosis,anti-dementia,protecting the central nervous system,arresting cough and dispelling phlegm,anti-arrhythmia and so on.The drug is warm-natured,and patients with the syndrome of exuberant fire of the heart and kidney or the syndrome of hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency should use it with caution.It should be prohibited in patients who are allergic to it,and women with pregnancy needs and pregnant women should use it with caution.Its clinical dosage generally ranges from10 g to 30 g.
