摘　　要：急性阑尾炎是普外科常见的急腹症之一,而急性异位阑尾炎在急性阑尾炎中少见,由于位置变异,主要表现为不典型的腹痛,临床症状和体征与急性胆囊疾病、胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔、结肠憩室炎等相似。患者急诊就诊时影像学检查前准备不足,胃肠道显影不佳等,常容易误诊误治,导致其预后不良。本报告报道了1例肝下异位阑尾炎行腹腔镜阑尾切除术,并复习相关文献,以期为临床提供诊疗经验,提高诊断准确性。Acute appendicitis is one of the common acute abdominal conditions in general surgery.However,acute ectopic appendicitis is rare among cases of acute appendicitis.Due to its anatomical variation,it primarily presents with atypical abdominal pain.The clinical symptoms and signs are similar to those of acute cholecystitis,acute perforation of gastric and duodenal ulcers,and colonic diverticulitis.When patients present to the emergency department,inadequate preparation for imaging examination and poor gastrointestinal visualization often lead to misdiagnosis and mistreatment,resulting in poor prognosis.This report describes a case of subhepatic ectopic appendicitis treated with laparoscopic appendectomy and reviews the relevant literature,aiming to provide clinical experience for diagnosis and treatment and improve diagnostic accuracy.
