鼻渊通窍颗粒辅助治疗急性鼻窦炎的临床疗效以及对血清炎性因子及鼻黏膜传输功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻渊通窍颗粒联合西药常规疗法治疗肺经风热型急性鼻窦炎(ARS)患者的临床疗效,为ARS的治疗提供临床基础。方法选取2020年12月至2023年12月期间开封市中心医院收治的ARS患者100例,分为治疗组(鼻渊通窍颗粒联合西医常规治疗)和对照组(西医常规治疗),每组50例,疗程为14 d。观察两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候评分、鼻窦CT评分、鼻内镜评分,患者血清炎性因子及鼻黏膜纤毛传输时间变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为92.00%、74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组鼻窦CT和鼻内镜评分均较治疗前有不同程度改善,且治疗组改善更为显著(P<0.05);两组均能有效降低血清炎性因子及鼻黏膜纤毛传输时间,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻渊通窍颗粒联合西医常规疗法对肺经风热性ARS效果显著,可有效缓解鼻塞、流涕、头痛等症状,改善患者的血清炎性因子水平,使鼻黏膜传输功能得到恢复,进而缓解症状。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of biyuan tongqiao granules combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of lung meridian wind-heat type acute rhinosinusitis(ARS),to provide a clinical basis for the treatment of ARS.Methods 100 ARS patients admitted to Kaifeng Central Hospital from December 2020 to December 2023 were divided into a treatment group(biyuan tongqiao granules combined with conventional western treatment)and a control group(conventional western treatment),with 50 cases in each group,for a treatment duration of 14 days.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,nasal sinus CT score,nasal endoscopy score,serous inflammatory factors,and nasal mucosal ciliary transmission time were observed.Results In terms of total effective rate,the treatment group and the control group were 92.00%and 74.00%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the treatment group showed significant advantages in improving TCM syndrome scores(P<0.05);both groups showed varying degrees of improvement in sinus CT and nasal endoscopy scores compared to before treatment,and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Both groups were able to effectively reduce serum inflammatory factors and nasal mucosal ciliary transport time,and the two groups showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Biyuan tongqiao granules combined with conventional western medicine treatment has a significant effect on lung meridian wind-heat type ARS patients.It can effectively relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion,runny nose,and headache,improve the serous inflammatory factors levels,restore the nasal mucosal transmission function of patients,and thus alleviate their symptoms.
