摘 要:将铁尾矿砂固化并用作路基填料对固体废弃物资源化利用具有重要意义。采用水泥和石灰对铁尾矿砂进行固化处理,研究了不同配比下固化铁尾矿砂的强度和水稳定性,分析了水泥和石灰掺量对其强度、水稳定性和抗冻融性能的影响。试验结果表明,在水泥-铁尾矿砂混合料中加入适量石灰可提高固化铁尾矿砂的强度和水稳定性,当水泥掺量和石灰掺量均为4%时,固化铁尾矿砂的强度和水稳定性系数达到最大值,分别为4.93 MPa和87%。冻融循环1次和5次后的强度分别为2.99 MPa和2.72 MPa,可基本满足路基填料的力学性能要求。研究可为铁尾矿砂的资源化利用提供参考。Solidifying iron tailings and using them as subgrade materials have important significance for the resource utilization of solid waste.This study used cement and lime to solidify iron tailings and investigated the strength and water stability of solidified iron tailings under different mix ratios,analyzed the effects of cement and lime content on the strength,water stability,anti-freezing and thawing performance of solidified iron tailings.The experimental results showed that adding an appropriate amount of lime to the cement-iron tailings mixture can improve the strength and water stability of solidified iron tailings,when the cement dosage and lime dosage were both 4%,the strength and water stability coefficient of solidified iron tailings reached their maximum values of 4.93 MPa and 87%,respectively.The strength after 1 and 5 cycles of freezing and thawing were 2.99 MPa and 2.72 MPa,respectively,could basically meet the mechanical performance requirements of subgrade filling materials.This study can provide guidance for the resource utilization of iron tailings.
