摘  要:考虑波形钢腹板的初始缺陷分布,利用有限元仿真分析技术模拟施工过程中的结构非线性行为,并对U形预制节段拼装及顶板现浇施工状态下的结构安全性进行验算。研究结果表明:波形钢腹板在底板和顶板混凝土浇筑施工过程中的应力水平较低,具有良好的抗屈曲安全储备;已浇筑梁段在施工过程中的应力水平合理,整体结构的稳定性良好;在合理调整波形钢腹板节段间临时连接螺栓数量的情况下,可保证新工艺施工期间的结构安全性。工程实践证明,新工艺具有良好的安全性与可操作性,该工艺及其分析方法可为类似工程提供参考。Considering the initial flaw size distribution of corrugated steel web,finite element simulation analysis technology is used to simulate the nonlinear behavior of the structure during the construction process,and to verify the structural safety un-der the assembly of U-shaped prefabricated segments and the cast-in-place construction of the top plate.The research re-sults show that the corrugated steel web is in a low stress level during the concrete casting construction of the bottom plate and top plate,which has a good safety reserve against buckling;the stress level of the poured beam section during construction is reasonable,and the stability of the overall structure is good.Under the condition of reasonable adjustment of the number of temporary connecting bolts between corrugated steel web segments,the structure safety during the construction of new con-struction process can be well guaranteed.The engineering practice proves that the new process has good safety and operability.The new process and its analysis method can be useful reference for similar projects.
