摘 要:为提高区域过江通道的通行效率,以南京燕子矶长江隧道为例,提出高地联动的拥堵疏导策略。首先,对南京燕子矶长江隧道通车后的周边路网交通分布变化进行预测,根据预测结果分析区域流量分布趋势及潜在交通拥堵点;其次,结合南京燕子矶长江隧道及邻接道路工程的相关信息,确定交通疏导范围;最后,针对潜在拥堵点的疏导策略及拥堵疏导协同工作机制提出建议。In order to improve the traffic efficiency of the regional river crossing channel,taking Nanjing Yanziji Yangtze River Tunnel as an example,a coordinated elevated-ground traffic management strategy is proposed.The research firstly predicts the changes in the traffic distribution of the surrounding road network after the opening of Nanjing Yanziji Yangtze River Tun-nel,and analyses the future regional traffic distribution trends and potential traffic congestion points through the prediction re-sults.Secondly,the scope of traffic diversion is determined by combining the information of Nanjing Yanziji Yangtze River Tunnel and the adjacent roads.Finally,suggestions are proposed for the mitigation strategy and collaborative work mechanisms for potential congestion points.
