摘　　要：以华东地区与华北地区的典型市县为例,首先,从地理位置、经济发展水平和空间结构等方面分析对应市县的基本特征;其次,从车位供给、建设模式和运营管理等方面剖析对应市县停车特征的趋同性与差异性;最后,基于地域特征,重点探讨对应市县在分区管控政策、停车供给模式、路内停车管理和远期预控方法等停车规划策略方面的差异性。研究结果可为停车规划策略的制订提供思路。The research takes representative city and county in East China and North China as examples.Firstly,the bas-ic characteristics of representative city and county are analyzed from the aspects of geographical location,economic develop-ment and spatial structure.Then the convergent and different parking characteristics of representative city and county are ana-lyzed from the parking supply,construction mode and operation management.Finally,the research focuses on aspects of dif-ferentiated zoning control policies,parking supply models,on-road parking management and long-term pre-control methods be-tween city and county based on regional characteristics.The research results can provide ideas for the formulation of parking planning strategies.
