双侧基坑施工对地铁结构安全的影响评估

摘  要:以位于厦门地铁2号线两侧的基坑工程为例,通过对基坑开挖及结构施工过程的精确模拟,得到施工中卸载、再加载对邻近地铁结构的影响。计算结果表明,地铁区间附近基坑施工产生的卸载作用会使地铁结构向土体卸载方向发生位移变形,竖向位移最大值为3.298 mm,水平位移最大值为6.703 mm;上部结构修筑的再加载作用则会使地铁结构向建筑基坑反方向发生位移变形,区间结构竖向位移最大值为3.040 mm,水平位移最大值为4.097 mm;地块基坑开挖、上部结构修筑后与未施工时相比,区间隧道结构的附加应力较小,隧道弯矩变化也较小。相关成果可为现场施工安全风险管控及工程监测工作提供参考。Taking the foundation pit project located on both sides of Xiamen Metro Line 2 as an example,the impact of unloa-ding and reloading on the adjacent subway structure during construction was analyzed through the accurate simulation of the foun-dation pit excavation and structural construction process.The calculation results suggested that the unloading effect caused by the foundation pit construction near the subway section would cause displacement and deformation instances to the subway structure towards the direction of soil unloading,potentially leading to a maximum vertical displacement of 3.298 mm and a maximum hor-izontal displacement of 6.703 mm;the reloading effect caused by the superstructure construction would lead to displacements and deformations of the subway structure towards the opposite direction of the foundation pit,creating a maximum vertical displacement of 3.040 mm and a maximum horizontal displacement of 4.097 mm.After the excavation of the foundation pit and the construction of the superstructure,it was found that the additional stress from tunnel structures within the pro-ject areas vicinity was smaller compared to that prior to the construction,and the change of tunnel bending moment was also rel-atively smaller.These findings can provide reference for on-site safety risk control and project monitoring in constructions sites.
