摘 要:超分辨成像技术是一种突破了传统光学显微镜分辨率极限的成像方法,能够在纳米尺度上观察生物结构和过程,甚至可实现在单分子层面的高灵敏度及高分辨率的成像和检测。超分辨荧光成像技术高度依赖荧光染料的性能,本文在调研大量文献的基础上,详细总结分析了系列基于经典荧光团的超分辨荧光染料,旨在归纳分析该系列染料的结构亮点和创新思路,进而为新型超分辨荧光染料的研发提供依据。Super-resolution imaging is a robust imaging technique that can break through the Abbe limit of traditional optical microscopes,enabling the detection or observation of biological structures and processes at the nanoscale level.Importantly,it can also be used to precisely image or detect targets at the single molecule level.Super-resolution fluorescence imaging technology is highly dependent on the performance of fluorescent dyes,this paper summarizes and analyzes a series of super-resolution fluorescent dyes based on classical fluorophores based on a large amount of literature,aiming to summarize and analyze the structural highlights of the series of dyes and innovative ideas,which can provide a basis for the research and development of new super-resolution fluorescent dyes.
