摘  要:本文建立了测定柠檬香精中8种小分子醛(辛醛、壬醛、癸醛、香叶醛和橙花醛、十一醛、香茅醛、乙缩醛)的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)方法。香精样品用乙腈稀释后直接进样,色谱柱为以6%氰丙基苯-94%二甲基聚硅氧烷(DB-624)为固定液的毛细管柱,对升温程序进行优化后,可同时测定8种小分子醛。结果表明,8种目标化合物的标准曲线的线性关系良好,线性相关系数r均大于0.990,定量限为0.07~0.25µg·mL^(-1),检测限为0.03~0.12µg·mL^(-1)。对供试品溶液进行了低、中、高浓度的加标回收实验,各浓度水平的平均回收率在93.80%~103.44%范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.28%~5.03%。本方法的灵敏度高,精密度和准确度良好,能满足柠檬香精中8种小分子醛含量的检测需求。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method was established to determine the eight micromolecule aldehydes(octanal,nonanal,decanal,geranial and nerolidal,undecal,citronellal and acetal)in Lemon Flavor.Sample was diluted with acetonitrile and injected directly applied 6% cyanopropylphenyl-94% dimethylpolysiloxane(DB-624)as the stationary liquids.Eight micromolecule aldehydes were determined by optimizing the heating program.The results showed that the linearity of the eight target compounds were good in their respective concentration ranges,and the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.990.The limits of quantitation(LOQ)was 0.07~0.25μg/mL and the limits of detection(LOD)was 0.03~0.12μg/mL.Applied flavor sample as matrix sample,the average recoveries of this method at low,medium and high spiked levels were 93.80%~103.44%,the RSD of recoveries were 1.28%~5.03%.This method shows excellent sensitivity,precision and accuracy,and can meet the determination requirements of micromolecule aldehydes above in Lemon Flavor.
