改进油田基层党建思想文化工作的对策

摘　　要：当前,油田开发企业改革发展的持续深化,要求转变观念以应对严峻的生产经营形势。文章深入分析了基层党建思想文化工作面临的问题,如全员创效意识相对薄弱、青年干部人才培养不足、党员分布不合理等,阐述了基层党建思想文化工作的做法和效果,并提出了进一步做好基层党建思想文化工作的措施。通过创新作为、精准发力,强调在融入上下功夫、在务实上求高效,以实现“人人实现价值、人人创造效益”的理念。Currently,the continuous deepening of reform and development in oilfield development enterprises requires a change in mindset to cope with the severe production and operation situation.This paper deeply analyzes the problems faced by the grassroots Party building ideological and cultural work,such as relatively weak awareness of efficiency among all staff,insufficient training of young cadres,and unreasonable distribution of the Party members.It elaborates on the practices and effects of the grassroots Party building ideological and cultural work.And proposed measures to further improve the ideological and cultural work of the grassroots Party building.Through innovation and precise efforts,we emphasize putting effort into integration and seeking efficiency in pragmatism,in order to achieve the concept of“everyone realizes value,everyone creates benef its”.
