摘 要:在药物化学领域,面对快速变化的科学技术与行业需求,传统的教学模式已难以满足新一代人才的培养需求。文章探讨了药物化学混合式教学模式的应用,旨在通过整合在线与线下教学资源,提升学生的学习主动性和实践能力。通过案例分析与问卷调查,评估混合式教学对学生理解复杂药物化学概念、应用知识解决实际问题的影响。研究结果表明,混合式教学模式能够有效激发学生的学习兴趣,增强其自主学习能力和团队合作精神,促进创新思维的培养。此外,针对当前人才培养过程中存在的挑战,提出了改进建议,包括优化课程内容、加强实践环节、建立多元评估机制等,以期为药物化学领域的人才培养提供更为高效和灵活的解决方案。In the field of medicinal chemistry,the rapidly evolving scientific and technological advancements and industry demands have made traditional teaching methods insufficient for meeting the needs of a new generation of talent.This paper explores the application of a blended teaching model in medicinal chemistry,aiming to enhance students’learning initiative and practical skills by integrating online and offline teaching resources.Through case analysis and surveys,the study assesses the impact of blended teaching on students’understanding of complex medicinal chemistry concepts and their ability to apply knowledge to solve real-world problems.The results indicate that the blended teaching model effectively stimulates students’interest in learning,strengthens their self-directed learning abilities and teamwork skills,and fosters innovative thinking.Additionally,this paper addresses challenges in current talent development,proposing improvements such as optimizing course content,enhancing practical components,and establishing diverse assessment mechanisms to provide more efficient and flexible solutions for talent cultivation in medicinal chemistry.
