离子电极法与离子色谱法在氟化物能力验证中的应用

摘　　要：文章采用离子选择电极法和离子色谱法,对水中氟化物标准样品进行能力验证实验,从校准曲线、准确度、精密度等方面,对两种方法测得的氟浓度进行一致性检验分析。实验结果得出两种方法标准曲线相关系数均达到0.9990以上,准确度、精密度都能够满足能力验证要求,具体分析时可以根据各个实验室及样品的实际情况选择具体的分析方法。This paper adopts the ion selective electrode method and ion chromatography method to carry out proficiency testing experiments on water fluoride standard samples.And the consistency of the fluoride concentration measured by the two methods was analyzed in terms of calibration curve,accuracy,and precision.The standard curves of the two methods showed a relatively good correlation coefficient,both reaching above 0.9990.Both accuracy and precision meet the requirements of proficiency testing.Specific analysis methods can be chosen based on the actual conditions of different laboratories and samples when conducting specific analysis.
