摘  要:塔里木油田英牙输油管道、轮牙输油管道所输原油蜡含量较高,为防止管道低温蜡堵频繁运行管道沿线加热炉对管道油品加热维温,不仅消耗大量天然气,而且产生大量二氧化碳,严重制约油田绿色低碳转型进程。通过核算研究英牙、轮牙输油管道低碳运行规律,建立管道运行模型、管道清管模型,通过模拟与实际对比分析,降低加热炉启动时长,探索清管周期,解决严重析蜡问题。The crude oil transported by the Yingya and Lunya oil pipelines in Tarim Oilf ield has a high wax content.In order to prevent low-temperature wax blockage in the pipelines,frequent operation of heating furnaces along the pipeline not only consumes a large amount of natural gas,but also generates a large amount of carbon dioxide,which seriously hinders the green and low-carbon transformation process of the oilf ield.By studying the low-carbon operation rules of the Yingya and Lunya oil pipelines through accounting,a pipeline operation model and a pipeline cleaning model are established.Through simulation and actual comparative analysis,the start-up time of the heating furnace is reduced,the cleaning cycle is explored,and the serious wax deposition problem is solved.
