摘 要:液氨是一种重要的化工原料,在医药、农药、工业生产等诸多领域中都得到了广泛应用。但液氨在送料、生产、存储、卸车过程中均发生泄漏事故的风险,不仅给人民的生命财产造成威胁,而且对生态环境带来破坏。因此,文章对液氨的物理化学性质进行分析,进一步探讨液氨存储与卸车操作工艺,制定一套科学合理的安全防范措施,有助于降低液氨事故的发生概率,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。Liquid ammonia is an important chemical raw material that has been widely used in many fields such as medicine,pesticides,and industrial production.However,liquid ammonia is prone to leakage accidents during the feeding,production,storage,and unloading processes,which not only pose a threat to people’s lives and property,but also cause damage to the ecological environment.Therefore,this paper analyzes the physical and chemical properties of liquid ammonia,further explores the storage and unloading operation process of liquid ammonia,and formulates a set of scientific and reasonable safety precautions,which helps to reduce the probability of liquid ammonia accidents and has important theoretical significance and practical value.
