摘  要:针对AB部加热炉热瓦斯出口水封大坨切断阀自身缺点给生产带来的安全隐患问题。文章提出了对AB部加热炉大坨更换为耐高温阀门。热循环瓦斯切断阀门及阀柄的循环冷却水通过配套凉水泵送到闭式凉水塔降温。阀门开闭并入加热炉自动切换系统,降低设备运行故障率。结果表明,通过对AB部加热炉水封大坨更换为耐高温阀门,有效提升装置安全水平和生产效率,同时可节约生产成本,降低加热炉系统故障率,确保装置长周期运行,从而提升产能。改造后年节支增效费用合计54.81万元。In response to the safety hazards caused by the shortcomings of the water seal large lump cut-off valve at the hot gas outlet of the AB heating furnace in production.This paper proposes replacing the large lump of AB heating furnace with high-temperature resistant valves.The circulating cooling water of the hot cycle gas cut-off valve and valve handle is sent to the closed cooling tower for cooling through the matching cooling water pump.The valve opening and closing are integrated into the automatic switching system of the heating furnace to reduce the equipment failure rate.The results indicate that by replacing the water seal of the AB section heating furnace with a high-temperature resistant valve,the safety level and production eff iciency of the device can be effectively improved.At the same time,production costs can be saved,the failure rate of the heating furnace system can be reduced,and the long-term operation of the device can be ensured,thereby increasing production capacity.After the renovation,the annual cost savings and eff iciency increase are reasonable at 548100 yuan.
