摘 要:聚酰胺反渗透膜作为水处理领域的关键技术之一,广泛应用于海水淡化、工业废水处理及饮用水净化等多个领域。然而在长期运行过程中,由于水中的化学物质、微生物污染以及物理磨损等因素的影响,聚酰胺反渗透膜的性能可能会逐渐下降,表现为分离效率降低、水通量减少等问题。为提高膜的耐用性和恢复其性能,探索了多种修复方法,其中亚硝酸处理因其操作简便、成本相对较低且能有效改善膜性能而备受关注。为此,文章主要就亚硝酸处理在聚酰胺反渗透膜性能修复中的应用进行分析,以供相关人士参考借鉴。Polyamide reverse osmosis membrane,as one of the key technologies in the field of water treatment,is widely used in various fields such as seawater desalination,industrial wastewater treatment,and drinking water purification.However,during long-term operation,the performance of polyamide reverse osmosis membranes may gradually decline due to factors such as chemical substances,microbial contamination,and physical wear in water,manifested as decreased separation efficiency and reduced water flux.In order to improve the durability and restore the performance of the membrane,explored various repair methods,among which nitrous acid treatment has attracted much attention due to its simple operation,relatively low cost,and ability to effectively improve membrane performance.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the application of nitrite treatment in the performance repair of polyamide reverse osmosis membranes for reference and inspiration by relevant personnel.
