摘 要:4-氯代苯酐是一种重要的化工原料,广泛用于塑料、医药、染料等领域,也是联苯四酸二酐的重要原材料。文章针对苯酐次氯酸钠氯化法分离步骤复杂、废水量大等缺点,开发研究一种以苯酐为原料、氯气为氯化剂、乙酸酐为溶剂合成4-氯代苯酐的氯化工艺。该工艺无单钠盐等副产物,节约了单钠盐脱水成酐的步骤,且无废水产出。考察了各种因素对苯酐转化率及4-氯代苯酐收率的影响,得出最佳工艺条件为:反应温度60℃,反应时间2.5 h,通气比为13.2 L/(L·h),产物中4-氯代苯酐的收率约为43%。反应物直接精馏得到含量大于98%的4-氯代苯酐。4-chlorphtthalic anhydride is an important raw in the chemical industry,which can be widely used in plastics,medicine,dyes and other fields.It is also an important raw material for biphenyl tetraic acid dianhydride.Aiming at the shortcomings of the chlorinization of sodium benzyric anhydride hypochlorite,complex separation steps and large amount of wastewater,this paper develops and studies a chlorination process for the synthesis of 4-chlorobenzine with benzene anhydride as raw material,chlorine as chlorinating agent and acetic anhydride as solvent.The process has no single sodium salt and other by-products,saves the steps of dehydration of single sodium salt to anhydride,and has no waste water output.The effects of various factors on the conversion of phthalic anhydride and the yield of 4-chlorophthalic anhydride were investigated.The optimum conditions were obtained as follows:reaction temperature 60℃,reaction time 2.5 h,air volume/culture volume 13.2 L/(L·h).The yield of 4-chlorobenzene anhydride in the product is about 43%.The reactant is directly distilled to obtain 4-chlorobenzyl anhydride with a content greater than 98%.
