摘 要:文章将吐温系列添加剂引入有机相,制备了高性能反渗透膜,并借助自制反渗透膜性能测试装置,在模拟海水条件下对反渗透膜样品的脱盐性能进行测试探究,分析了吐温添加剂对反渗透膜脱盐和脱硼性能的影响。结果显示,吐温系列添加剂能够提高反渗透膜分离层的厚度以及交联部分占比,增强反渗透膜低选择性区域的密封作用。同时,随着吐温系列添加剂酯基链段长度的增加,芳香聚酰胺生成量随之提升,使得分离层完整性得到有力保证,降低了分离层破损发生率,从而使得反渗透膜脱盐、脱硼率大幅度提高。标准海水测试条件下,含最低酯基链段长度的吐温20所制反渗透膜通量、脱盐率和脱硼率分别为43.2 L/(m^(2)·h)、99.51%、89.8%;以含最高酯基链段长度的吐温85所制反渗透膜通量、脱盐率和脱硼率分别达35.8 L/(m^(2)·h)、99.7%和92.5%。This paper introduced Tween series additives into the organic phase to prepare high-performance reverse osmosis membranes.With the help of a self-made reverse osmosis membrane performance testing device,the desalination performance of reverse osmosis membrane samples was tested and explored under simulated seawater conditions.The influence of Tween additives on the desalination and boron removal performance of reverse osmosis membranes was analyzed.The results showed that the Tween series additives can increase the thickness of the reverse osmosis membrane separation layer and the proportion of cross-linked parts,enhancing the sealing effect of the low selectivity area of the reverse osmosis membrane.At the same time,with the increase of ester chain segment length of Tween series additives,the production of aromatic polyamide increases,which effectively ensures the integrity of the separation layer and reduces the occurrence of separation layer damage,thereby signif icantly improving the desalination and boron removal rates of reverse osmosis membranes.Under standard seawater testing conditions,the flux,desalination rate,and boron removal rate of the reverse osmosis membrane made from Tween 20 with the lowest ester chain segment length are 43.2 L/(m^(2)·h),99.51%,and 89.8%,respectively;The flux,desalination rate,and boron removal rate of the reverse osmosis membrane prepared with Tween 85 containing the highest ester chain segment length were 35.8 L/(m^(2)·h),99.7%,and 92.5%,respectively.
