摘　　要：2022年RCEP正式生效,对广西民办高等教育产生了全方位且深远的影响。从发展现状来看,广西民办高校在数量规模上已具一定优势,办学质量与层次不断提升,办学层次愈发多元。在RCEP背景下,广西民办高等教育迎来诸多机遇,如独特的地缘优势推动其与东盟国家在教育领域的深度合作,相关政策的支持为其发展提供了有力保障,同时区域经济一体化带来的人才需求为其专业调整指明方向。但是其发展也面临严峻挑战,教育资源短板突出,包括师资力量薄弱、科研水平落后、教学设施不足;复杂国际环境与激烈竞争压力并存,如体制机制差异、国内外高校竞争以及外部风险因素等。为此,提出应对策略,从加强师资队伍建设、提升科研水平、改善教学设施等方面弥补资源短板,通过克服体制机制障碍、提升竞争力、应对外部风险等举措,助力广西民办高等教育在RCEP框架下实现高质量发展。In 2022,the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)officially entered into force,exerting a comprehensive and profound impact on private higher education in Guangxi.Regarding the current development status,private colleges and universities in Guangxi have certain advantages in terms of quantity and scale.Their educational quality and levels have been continuously improved,and their educational levels have become more diverse.In the context of RCEP,private higher education in Guangxi has ushered in numerous opportunities.For example,the unique geographical advantages have promoted in-depth cooperation with ASEAN countries in the field of education.The support of relevant policies has provided a strong guarantee for its development.Meanwhile,the talent demand brought about by regional economic integration has provided the direction for its professional adjustment.However,its development also faces severe challenges,The shortage of educational resources is prominent,including weak teaching staff,backward scientific research level,and insufficient teaching facilities.A complex international environment coexists with intense competitive pressure,such as differences in institutional mechanisms,competition from domestic and foreign universities,and external risk factors.Therefore,countermeasures are proposed.It is necessary to make up for the shortage of resources by strengthening the construction of teaching staff,improving the scientific research levels,and improving teaching facilities.Through measures such as overcoming obstacles in institutional mechanisms,enhancing competitiveness,and addressing external risks,private higher education in Guangxi can achieve high-quality development within the framework of RCEP.
