摘 要:随着全球化进程的推进,中国文化软实力在越南的传播呈现出文化产品本地化与个性化的趋势。同时,中国通过“一带一路”倡议等政策框架,强化了政策支持与文化外交,推动文化合作的制度化发展。电视剧、电影、旅游合作项目以及文学作品的推广,成为促进中越两国文化深度交流的重要渠道。为进一步提升文化传播效果,提出了中越联合制作面向青年的网剧、开展“文化体验官”项目和翻译现代青年文学作品等策略,以增强文化传播的互动性、体验感和广泛性,进而提升中国文化软实力在越南的影响力。With the advancement of globalization,the dissemination of China’s cultural soft power in Vietnam shows a trend of localization and personalization of cultural products.At the same time,China has strengthened policy support and cultural diplomacy through policy frameworks such as the Belt and Road Initiative,promoting the institutionalized development of cultural cooperation.The promotion of TV dramas,films,tourism cooperation projects,and literary works has become an important channel to promote in-depth cultural exchanges between China and Vietnam.To further enhance the effect of cultural communication,strategies such as jointly producing online dramas for young people by China and Vietnam,launching“Cultural Experience Officer”programs,and translating modern youth literary works have been proposed.These strategies aim to enhance the interactivity,sense of experience,and universality of cultural communication,thereby increasing the influence of China’s cultural soft power in Vietnam.
