人民城市理念下上海外滩景观照明对城市文化的诠释和践行

摘　　要：在新时代城市建设进程中,人民城市建设理念对城市各领域发展影响深远,其中夜晚景观照明建设尤为关键。城市照明一方面需满足人民在夜间出行安全等实际需求,合理控制灯光要素以避免光污染;另一方面,也要契合人民在经济、文化等多方面的发展需求,对当地商业和文化活动起到推动作用。上海外滩景观照明对上海城市文化建设意义非凡,既要彰显江南文化、海派文化、红色文化交融的底蕴,又在城市建设趋同的背景下凸显上海特色。通过对特定视频留言的分析发现,外滩景观照明效果广受认可,且能引发民众情感共鸣。这一案例充分体现出上海作为中国的上海、世界的上海、人民的上海的独特内涵,为其他城市的照明建设提供了极具价值的经验借鉴。In the new era of urban construction,the concept of people's city has profound influence on all walks of urban development,therein nighttime landscape lightning construction is essential.This lighting must ensure safety for nighttime travel while minimizing light pollution,also meets the demands of the people in terms of economic and cultural development,promotes the local commercial and cultural activities.While,the Bund in Shanghai exemplifies effective landscape lighting,showcasing a blend of Jiangnan culture,Shanghai-style culture,and red culture(Revolutionary heritage related to CPC).It highlights the city's unique identity and plays a crucial role in urban cultural development.Feedback on the lighting reveals that it echoes emotionally with the public,enhancing their empathy.This case demonstrates the unique connotation of Shanghai as China's Shanghai,global Shanghai,and people's Shanghai,cultural expression,provides reference and experience for other cities in terms of urban lighting design.
