摘 要:隧道掘进机在泥岩等高黏土矿物含量的岩石地层中掘进时,切削产生的岩渣将黏附在滚刀表面,引发糊刀,进而降低掘进机掘进效率。为了研究糊刀情况下的掘进机破岩模式及掘进性能,基于自主研发的缩尺掘进机回转切割试验系统,对泥岩试样开展不同糊刀程度下的滚刀破岩试验,分析糊刀特征和破岩模式。提出“糊刀系数”的定量指标,研究糊刀对刀盘推力及掘进速率的影响。结果表明:泥浆的增加会提高糊刀风险,且滚刀外侧的糊刀风险高于内侧;黏附在滚刀表面的泥浆可分散滚刀—岩石接触面上的应力,使得作用在岩块上的法向应力减少,宏观裂隙减少,不能形成大块岩渣,破岩效率降低;糊刀系数从0.076%增加至2.532%,刀盘推力增加了2.48倍,掘进速率降低了67.5%。研究成果可为糊刀的风险识别和隧道掘进机的掘进效率预测提供理论依据。When the tunnel boring machine(TBM)excavates in rock with high clay mineral content such as mudstone,the rock debris will adhere to the surface of the disc cutters,causing the clogging of cutters.As a result,the TBM tunneling efficiency is reduced.In order to study the rock breaking modes and tunneling performance of TBM under the condition of clogging of cutters,a self-developed reduced scale TBM rotary cutting test system was employed.The rock-breaking tests with different clogging degrees were conducted on mudstone samples.The clogging characteristics of cutters and rock breaking modes were studied.Subsequently,a quantitative indicator“clogging factor”was proposed to study the influence of clogging of cutters on cutterhead thrust and penetration rate.The results indicate that the increase in mud will increase the risk of clogging of cutters.The clogging risk of the outer side of the cutters is higher than that of the inner side.The mud adhered to the surface of the cutters will disperse the stress on the contact surface between the cutter and the rock,reducing the normal stress acting on the rock block.Thus reducing macroscopic cracks and preventing the formation of large rock fragments.So the rock breaking efficiency will be decreased.When the clogging factor increased from 0.076%to 2.532%,the cutterhead thrust increased by 2.48 times,and the penetration rate decreased by 67.5%.The research results will provide theoretical basics for risk identification of cutters and prediction of TBM tunnelling efficiency.
