摘　　要：文章对当下深化文化体制机制改革的根本路径与效能进行了三重思考,并加以论证:一则,意识形态建设须落实全域性责任制,促其强劲而入心;再则,文化服务与文化产品供给要夯实制度框架下的机制链,环环相扣;又则,网络建设与海外传播当深化系统性创新,在实践中提质增效。这三重思考共同搭建起文化体制机制改革这一舞台,从而为进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化注入精神力量。The paper makes a threefold reflection on the essential pathways and the effectiveness of deepening the reform of the cultural institutional mechanisms in the current era:firstly,the construction of ideology needs the implementation of a comprehensive responsibility system to ensure its robustness and profound influence;secondly,cultural services and the supply of cultural products require the strengthening of the mechanism chain within the institutional framework,with each link interlocking;thirdly,network construction and overseas dissemination demand enhanced systemic innovation to enhance quality and efficiency in practice.These three reflections collectively set the stage for the reform of the cultural institutional mechanisms,thereby injecting spiritual power and vitality into further comprehensive deepening of reforms and the advancement of Chinese-style modernization.
