朝鲜明宗时期漂民处置中的权变政策初探——以华重庆漂流事件为例

摘　　要：朝鲜明宗时期,明人华重庆等遭到日本倭人劫掠,漂流至朝鲜,后在朝鲜方面的帮助下顺利回国。在朝鲜时,华重庆一行人得到了同时期漂流民不曾有过的待遇,不仅受到朝鲜国王接见,还在回国前获国王设宴饯行,并获赠衣服、礼物。华重庆一行人受到超规格待遇,其中固然有朝鲜“事大至诚”政策的原因,也与华氏的特殊身份——为曾出使朝鲜的使者华察的族人有关。朝鲜方面的这一做法属于突破常规送还模式的权变处置,反映了朝鲜王廷在处理相关问题上更加重视当事人的背景,从中亦可见朝鲜明宗时期在漂流民处置中的灵活性。During the reign of King Myeongjong of Joseon,Hua Chongqing,a Ming subject,and his companions were plundered by Japanese pirates and drifted to Joseon.With the assistance of Joseon authorities,they successfully returned to their homeland.In Joseon,they received unprecedented treatment.Not only were they granted an audience with the King of Joseon,they were also honored with a farewell banquet and presented with clothing and gifts before their departure.This paper studies the reasons behind the exceptional treatment accorded to Hua Chongqing and his companions,and reveals that it was not only attributed to Joseon’s policy of“serving great power with sincerity”,it was also due to Hua Chongqing’s special identity as a descendant of Hua Cha,a former Ming envoy to Joseon.This exceptional treatment represented a change of Joseon’s conventional practices regarding the repatriation of drifters,reflecting the flexibility of King Myeongjong’s court in handling such matters and its emphasis on the background of the individuals involved.
