摘  要:针对通用视频编码(Versatile Video Coding,VVC)标准码率控制(Rate Control,RC)技术导致的时域质量波动(Temporal Quality Fluctuation,TQF)问题,面向广泛应用于无人机等领域的屏幕内容视频(Screen Content Video,SCV),从人类视觉感知角度探究TQF的产生原因、影响因素及感知特性。基于ITU-RBT 500-13标准设计视频编码和主观观测实验,通过3-sigma准则和正态假设检验获得实验结果。结合lambda域RC方法框架及分级预测编码原理,探究并分析VVC标准RC技术产生TQF的根本原因。结合SCV内容特性及人类视觉系统感知特性,将TQF看作时域离散信号,从幅度、频率及相位3个方面分析影响TQF感知的因素及感知特性。研究结果表明:RC技术帧比特分配权重的计算是导致TQF的根本原因;人类视觉系统感知特性、图像组大小、SCV内容特性均为影响TQF感知的因素。For the problem of temporal quality fluctuation(TQF)caused by the rate control(RC)method of the versatile video coding(VVC)standard,the causes,influencing factors,and perceptual characteristics of TQF are explored from the perspective of human visual perception for screen content video(SCV),which is widely used in unmanned aerial vehicles and other fields.Video coding and subjective observation experiments are designed based on the ITU-RBT 500-13 standard,and the experimental results are obtained by the 3-sigma criterion and the normal hypothesis testing.Combining the lambda domain RC method framework and the principle of hierarchical prediction coding,the fundamental reasons for TQF generated by VVC standard RC method are explored and analyzed.Combining the SCV content characteristics and the perceptual characteristics of the human visual system,TQF is regarded as a temporal discrete signal.The factors affecting TQF perception and perceptual characteristics are analyzed from the aspects of amplitude,frequency,and phase.Research results indicate that the calculation of bit allocation weights of frames in RC technology is the fundamental cause of TQF.The perceptual characteristics of the human visual system,group of picture size.and SCV content characteristics are all factors that affect TQF perception.
