摘  要:为研究地板多层结构的燃烧性能,按照EN 45545《铁路应用—铁路车辆防火保护》第2部分的方法对地铁车辆常用多层地板结构进行多个样件组合测试。获得了最终使用状态下地板多层结构燃烧性能对比分析结果:橡胶地板布样件临界辐射热通量值(critical heeat flux,CHF)大于聚氧乙烯(polyvinyl chloride,PVC)地板布样件;橡胶地板布样件发烟量小于PVC地板布样件,橡胶地板布样件燃烧发烟量指标优于PVC地板布样件;橡胶地板布样件燃烧生成的CO 2、CO量与PVC地板布样件大致相同,PVC地板布燃烧后产生大量具有较强毒性的卤化氢气体,而橡胶地板布样件燃烧会产生一定量的SO 2和HCN;地板组件样件防寒材对火焰蔓延、烟密度、毒性的测试结果几乎没有影响。To investigate the combustion performance of the multi-layer composite structure of the urban rail vehicle floor,subway vehicle floor structures were tested according to EN 45545-2.The test results obtained fully reflect the combustion performance of the floor's multi-layer structure in its final use state:the critical radiant heat flux value(CHF)of the rubber floor cloth sample was greater than that of the PVC floor cloth sample.The amount of smoke generated by the rubber floor cloth sample was less than that of the PVC floor cloth sample,and the combustion smoke emission index of the rubber floor cloth sample was better than that of the PVC floor cloth sample.The amounts of CO 2 and CO generated by the rubber flor cloth samples were roughly equivalent to those of the PVC floor cloth samples.After the PVC floor cloth was burned,a large amount of hydrogen halide gas was produced,which has strong toxicity,while the rubber floor cloth sample burned to produce a certain amount of SO 2 and HCN.The test results of smoke density and toxicity have little effect.
