摘 要:老旧砖混结构建筑因使用时间长而逐渐老化,存在各种安全隐患,以某房屋建设工程为案例,利用回弹法对砖混结构进行了现场砌体结构检测,对裂缝、变形、混凝土构件等进行了现场观察与检测,通过分析常见的加固方法,结合检测结果提出了具体的加固处理方案,加固方案包括增大基础面积、增设复合砂浆构造柱等,旨在提高砖混结构的整体稳定性,为既有砖混结构的性能提升和安全使用提供了有效方法,为类似工程的检测与加固设计提供实践参考。Old brick and concrete structure buildings are gradually aging due to long-term use,so there may be various potential structural problems.If these problems are not detected and dealt with in a timely manner,they may pose a serious threat to the safe use of buildings.This research studies the detection and reinforcement design of existing brick and concrete structure based on specific engineering cases.Considering that the performance of brick and concrete structures may degrade due to environmental and load factors during long-term use,the rebound method was used to conduct on-site brick and concrete structure detection,as well as on-site observation and measurement of cracks,deformations,and concrete components.By analyzing common reinforcement methods,specific reinforcement treatment plans were proposed based on the detection results.The reinforcement plan includes increasing the foundation area,adding composite mortar structural columns,etc.,aiming to improve the overall stability of brick and concrete structure.This study provides an effective method for improving the performance and safe use of existing brick and concrete structures,and provides useful reference for the detection and reinforcement design of similar projects.
