摘　　要：自20世纪80年代以来,中医药研究的国际化进程稳步推进,已实现多篇高水平论文在国际期刊上发表。但是,由于学术规范和语言表达等方面的不足,导致中医药杂志的编辑仍面临中英文标题和摘要不一致、参考文献格式不规范、研究伦理与患者隐私缺失、数据真实性和可重复性不足及语言表达与逻辑性混乱等困境,开展如何提升中医药论文质量的研究已势在必行。基于此,该文简要探讨了中医药杂志编辑中的常见问题及注意事项,对这些问题进行了系统分析,并提出了针对性的改进措施,以期为中医药研究的国际化进程提供参考和指导,提升期刊的学术水平和国际影响力。Since the 1980s,the internationalization process of traditional Chinese medicine research has steadily advanced,and multiple high-level papers have been published in international journals.However,due to deficiencies in academic standards and language expression,the editing process of traditional Chinese medicine journals still faces challenges such as inconsistent Chinese and English titles and abstracts,non-standard reference formats,lack of research ethics and patient privacy,insufficient data authenticity and reproducibility,and confusion in language expression and logic.It is imperative to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine papers.Based on this,this article briefly discusses the common problems and precautions in the editing of traditional Chinese medicine journals,systematically analyzes these problems,and proposes targeted improvement measures,in order to provide reference and guidance for the internationalization process of traditional Chinese medicine research,enhance the academic level and international influence of the journal.
