摘 要:在文化强国建设背景下,公共文化场馆涌现出越来越多新型业态,如中国国家版本馆这种全新的馆藏形式,与以往的博物馆不同,其要素更加齐全,功能更加多样,立足本土文化,注重艺术表达。该文基于现代性转化的理论,采用案例研究的方法,以中国国家版本馆为例,寻求公共文化场馆转型的可行性路径。该文探讨公共文化机构如何发挥本土文化建构的主体性、文化标识符号在现代性发展中的活化途径、公共空间的艺术氛围营造和美育引领社会、对外研展交流,以及价值协同性转化的多维路径。在国家战略的引导下,公共文化场馆现代性转化会更加注重文脉传承和文化自信。Under the background of the construction of a strong cultural country,more and more new types of public cultural venues have emerged,such as the China National Archives of Publications and Culture,a brand-new form of collection that is different from the previous museums,with more complete elements,more diversified functions,based on local culture,and focusing on artistic expression.Based on the theory of the transformation of modernity,this paper adopts the method of case study to seek the feasible path for the transformation of public cultural venues,taking the China National Archives of Publications and Culture as an example.This paper discusses how public cultural institutions can play the subjectivity of local culture construction,the revitalization of cultural symbols in the development of modernity,the creation of artistic atmosphere in public space and aesthetic education to lead the society,foreign research and exhibition exchanges,and the multidimensional path of value synergy transformation.Under the guidance of the national strategy,the modernization and transformation of public cultural venues will pay more attention to cultural heritage and cultural confidence.
