摘 要:为了更好地了解当代大学生的语言态度及文化认同,考察他们的跨文化交际能力,该研究选取2022年参加北京冬奥会张家口赛区志愿服务的大学生为研究对象,采用主观反映测试法,采集志愿者对世界英语变体的辨识力数据,记录他们在冬奥会志愿服务过程中获取的文化认知,通过定性、定量分析法研究冬奥会前后大学生志愿者的语言态度、文化认同及跨文化交际能力的变化。研究结果表明:受试志愿者的语言态度较为保守,文化定型情况明显;跨文化交际意识较差,缺乏实践交流经验及应有的国际视野。今后应注重培养学生开放、包容、多元的语言态度,提升学生的跨文化交际能力。To better understand the language attitude and cultural identity of current college students,and investigate their intercultural skills,the research focuses on the college students who served the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games in Zhangjiakou district as volunteers,collecting the data as to their knowledge about English varieties through subjective response test and recording their cultural cognition during the process.By quantitative and qualitative analysis,the research tries to know the change of their language attitude,cultural identity and intercultural communicative ability before and after the event.Results show that:volunteers are stereotyped;reserved and lack practical communicative experience as well as worldwide horizon with a poor awareness of intercultural communication.In future the cultivation of open,conclusive and diverse language attitude must be stressed to enhance their intercultural communicative skills.
