摘  要:为开发新型Ti基复合材料,选用FeMo合金颗粒为增强相,采用模压成型-反应烧结法制备了FeMo/Ti复合材料,探究了烧结工艺、增强相含量等对FeMo/Ti复合材料致密化行为及力学特性的影响规律。结果表明,FeMo/Ti复合材料的最佳烧结工艺为:烧结温度1150℃,烧结压力30 MPa,保压时间5 min。FeMo合金粉末含量为10%时,FeMo/Ti复合材料的压缩屈服强度达到1051.89 MPa。分析了FeMo/Ti复合材料的微观组织结构,阐明了复合材料的强化方式为第二相强化和细晶强化。该研究对新型Ti基材料的开发具有一定的指导意义。Aiming to develop a new titanium matrix composites,FeMo alloy particles were selected as the reinforced phase,and FeMo/Ti composites were prepared by die-molding and reactive sintering method.The ef⁃fects of sintering process and reinforcement phase content on the densification behavior and mechanical properties of FeMo/Ti composites were investigated.The results show that the optimum sintering parameters of FeMo/Ti composites are as follows:sintering temperature 1150℃,the sintering pressure is 30 MPa and the holding time is 5 min.When FeMo powder contents is 10%,the compressive yield strength of FeMo/Ti composite reaches 1051.89 MPa.The microstructure of FeMo/Ti composite was analyzed,and the strengthening methods of FeMo/Ti composite were described as second phase strengthing and fine crystal strengthening.The study has guiding significance for development of new subbase materials.
