摘 要:随着可持续发展战略和双碳目标的提出,太阳能光伏系统已广泛应用于建筑节能中,其中屋顶光伏和墙面光伏是应用最多的两种形式。以陕北地区(延安)低层办公建筑为研究对象,采用Pvsyst和Energy Plus软件进行光伏系统方案优化和建筑能耗及发电量计算,进行对比研究。结果表明,建筑物采用墙面光伏时的实际能耗(不考虑光伏发电量)比屋顶光伏低,但建筑物采用屋顶光伏系统时的发电量、电能自治度、节能率均高于墙面光伏系统;采用屋顶光伏和墙面光伏节能率分别为62.57%、49.14%,年发电量分别为79685.78、57731.95 kWh,屋顶光伏一年中大部分时间为建筑物提供了更高的电能自治度。该研究可为陕北地区在建筑节能技术中选择应用光伏系统提供参考与依据,进一步推动建筑的绿色可持续发展。With the proposal of sustainable development strategy and dual-carbon goal,solar photovoltaic system has been widely used in building energy conservation,of which roof photovoltaic and wall photovoltaic are the two most used forms.This paper takes low-rise office buildings in northern Shaanxi(Yan’an)as the research object,and uses Pvsyst and Energy Plus software to optimize the photovoltaic system scheme and calculate the building energy consump⁃tion and power generation.The results show that the actual energy consumption of the building using the wall photovoltaic system is lower than that of the roof photovoltaic system,but the energy generation,energy autonomy and energy saving rate of the building using the roof photovoltaic system are higher than that of the wall photovoltaic system.The energy saving rate of roof photovoltaic and wall photovoltaic is 62.57%and 49.14%,and the annual power generation is 79685.78 and 57731.95 kWh.Roof photovoltaic provides a higher degree of power autonomy for the building most of the year.This study can provide reference for the application of photovoltaic system in building energy saving technology in northern Shaanxi,and further promote the green and sustainable development of buildings.
