摘 要:为了实现实时采集并存储钻铤的受力情况数据,根据模块化设计思想,对测量系统的硬件电路进行了设计。根据数据采集、存储和传输要求选择了满足功能与环境要求的主控芯片,设计了数据采集电路、信号放大电路和应变桥补偿电路,确保在温度、功耗、精度等方面适用于井下环境;同时实现了数据采集模块、Flash存储模块和电压补偿模块的软件设计,采用RS485通信实现上位机与钻压和扭矩测量处理模块的数据传输,通过上位机软件完成对标定参数和补偿数据的校验编帧,发送给钻压、扭矩测量处理模块;制定钻压、扭矩测量电路的标定方法,对设计仪器进行了标定和验证,确定了测量电路测得的应变电桥输出电压值与实际加载的载荷间的对应关系。试验结果表明,该测量系统运行正常,满足试验要求。该测量系统的成功研制可为随钻应力测量中被试产品的质量评价、产品的工作效率评价及井下工况的评估提供技术支撑。In order to achieve real-time collection and storage of force data on drill collars,the hardware circuit of the measurement system was designed according to the principle of modular design.The main control chip that meets functional and environmental requirements were selected,and the data acquisition circuit,signal amplification circuit and strain bridge compensation circuit were designed,according to the data acquisition,storage and transmission requirements,to ensure the suitability for underground environments in terms of temperature,power consumption,and accuracy.Moreover,software design was completed for data acquisition module,Flash storage module and voltage compensation module,RS485 communication was used to achieve data transmission between the upper computer and the weight on bit(WOB)&torque measurement and processing module,and the calibration parameters and compensation data were verified and framed using the upper computer software and then sent to the WOB&torque measurement and processing module.A calibration method for the WOB&torque measurement circuit was developed,and the designed instrument was calibrated and validated.The correspondence between the output voltage value of the strain bridge measured by the measurement circuit and the actual load was determined.The experimental results indicate that the measurement system operates normally and meets the experimental requirements.The successful design of the WOB&torque measurement system provides a technical support to the quality and efficiency evaluation of product under stress measurement while drilling and the assessment of donwhole conditions.
