摘  要:同源闭式注水工艺兼具生产和注水功能,管柱结构较为复杂,注水温度也较高,同时传统的投捞水嘴式流量调节方式存在调节效率低、大斜度井不适用等不足。为此,在优选控制方式的基础上,优化设计了流量控制装置的关键结构和参数,形成了适用于多井同源闭式注水的多级液控流量控制装置,通过地面性能试验验证了流量控制装置耐高温高压、大排量调节的性能。试验和现场应用结果表明:多级液控流量控制装置满足150℃高温、60 MPa高压生产条件,换挡机构可满足3600次挡位调节,满足3000 m^(3)/d大排量注水和12级流量精细调节;装置的动密封和换挡结构设计合理,应用可靠性高,可实现地面控制调节井下水嘴开度,配套的同源闭式注水调配技术满足海上油田多井同源闭式注水分层调配需求。研究结果可为海上油田同源闭式注水工艺提供技术支撑。The same-source closed water injection process functions for both production and injection,and adopts a complex string structure and a relatively high injection temperature.Moreover,the traditional fishing nozzletype flow regulation method is disadvantageous for low efficiency and inapplicability to high-inclination wells.In this paper,based on the optimization of flow control method and key structures/parameters,a multistage hydraulic flow control device for same-source closed water injection in multiple wells was developed.The device was verified through surface performance test with respect to high temperature/pressure resistance and high-rate regulation performance.Test and field application demonstrate that the multistage hydraulic flow control device works well under high temperature(150℃)and high pressure(60 MPa)conditions.The stage shift mechanism allows for 3600 downhole stage shifts,thus enabling a water injection at a high rate(3000 m^(3)/d)and a precise 12-stage flow regulation.The dynamic seal and stage shift mechanism are rational and reliable,and facilitate the surface control on opening of downhole nozzle.The associated allocation technology meets the requirements of layered allocation in same-source closed water injection in multiple wells.The research results provide a technical support to the implementation of same-source closed water injection process in offshore oilfields.
