摘 要:针对水平井连续管环空多级压裂中,喷枪及其上部工具均出现不同程度的冲蚀磨损和失效问题,采用数值模拟方法,依据ø139.7 mm(5.5 in)套管内连续管环空压裂工艺和工具结构参数,建立了压裂液颗粒流和工具冲蚀的数值模型及计算方法;通过正交试验设计了工具串窜动、管内流速、环空流速、含砂体积分数以及地层破裂压力5因素5水平的25种计算工况。数值模拟结果表明:喷枪上部工具出现冲蚀磨损的主要因素是工具串窜动,在工具串未窜动时最大冲蚀速率出现在喷嘴下方附近,在工具串窜动时最大冲蚀速率出现在距离喷嘴约为窜动位移的上部工具区域;未窜动时的最大冲蚀速率值明显高于窜动时的结果,并随着环空流道间隙的减小而增大。所得结果可为工具串的冲蚀磨损分析及控制提供理论依据和分析方法。During coiled tubing-enabled annulus multi-stage fracturing of horizontal well,the spray gun and the tools above it often suffer a varying degree of erosion wear and failure.Using the numerical simulation method,and based on the annulus fracturing process enabled by coiled tubing inø139.7 mm casing and the tool structure parameters,the numerical model and calculation method of fracturing fluid particle flow and tool erosion were established.Through orthogonal experiment,25 working conditions involving 5 factors(tool string movement,pipe flow rate,annular flow rate,proppant ratio,and formation fracture pressure)and 5 levels were designed.The numerical simulation results show that the main factor resulting in erosion wear of the tools above the spray gun is the tool string movement.The maximum erosion rate appears roughly below the nozzle when the tool string is not moving,and in the upper tool area with a distance of about the displacement to the nozzle when the tool string is moving.Clearly,the maximum erosion rate when the tool string is not moving is higher than that when the tool string is moving,and increases with the decrease of the annular clearance.The research results provide theoretical and methodological references for the analysis and control of erosion wear of tool string.
