摘 要:钻杆在钻进过程中,螺纹接头处易发生应力集中而断裂。为此,以钻杆螺纹接头为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法建立了螺纹接头计算模型,对其在上扣扭矩作用下的受力状态进行分析。研究了螺纹接头在不同副台肩间隙、主台肩倒角半径下的应力分布,以及减应力槽对螺纹应力和密封性能的影响。研究结果表明:在上扣扭矩作用下,内、外螺纹所受应力由大端到小端逐渐减小,主台肩侧第一圈啮合齿所受应力最大;随着副台肩间隙的减小,螺纹大端应力逐渐减小,小端应力逐渐增大,间隙为0.01 mm时,螺纹应力分布最均匀;随着外螺纹主台肩倒角半径的增大,圆角处应力逐渐减小,倒角半径增大1.44倍,圆角处应力可减小52%;增设减应力槽可以使外螺纹应力减小39%,内螺纹应力减小约18%。所得结果可为钻杆螺纹接头设计和螺纹结构优化提供参考。In the course of drilling,the drill pipe is prone to break at threaded joint due to stress concentration.To solve this problem,taking the threaded joint of drill pipe as an example,the numerical simulation method was used to build a threaded joint calculation model to analyze its stress state under the action of make-up torque.Meanwhile,the stress distribution of threaded joint at different minor shoulder clearances and major shoulder fillet radii as well as the influence of stress reduction groove on thread stress and sealing performance were investigated.The study results show that under the action of make-up torque,the stress on the internal and external threads gradually decreases from the big end to the little end,and the stress on the first ring of meshing tooth on the major shoulder is the highest.As the minor shoulder clearance decreases,the stress at big end of the thread gradually decreases,at little end gradually increases,and the stress distribution of the thread is most uniform at clearance of 0.01 mm.As the major shoulder fillet radius of the external thread increases,the stress at the fillet gradually decreases,and when the fillet radius is increased by 1.44 times,the stress at the fillet can be reduced by 52%.Adding stress reduction groove can reduce external thread stress by about 39%and internal thread stress by about 18%.The study results provide reference for the threaded joint design and thread structure optimization of drill pipes.
