摘 要:针对传统热电联产系统会排放大量二氧化碳及污染物影响环境的问题,提出将氢储能引入传统热电联产系统以替换其化石能源部分,形成一个含氢储能替代的零碳综合能源系统(HS-CHP)。进一步地,考虑该系统同时参与电力、绿证以及氢多元市场交易,以系统总利润最大化为目标,构建了多元市场下含氢储能替代的零碳综合能源系统容量优化配置模型,以支撑系统的低成本建设和经济、低碳运行。以某热电联产系统为算例进行仿真,结果表明,引入氢储能后的系统能够实现盈利,在可接受的时间年限收回所有投资成本,并获得显著的环境效益,具备可持续发展能力。In response to the problem that traditional cogeneration systems emit large amounts of carbon dioxide and pollutants that affect the environment,it is proposed to introduce hydrogen energy storage into traditional cogeneration systems to replace their fossil energy components,forming a zero-carbon integrated energy system with hydrogen storage(HS-CHP system).Furthermore,considering that the HS-CHP system participates in multiple markets such as electricity market,green certificates market as well as hydrogen market,and with the objective of maximizing the total profit,a capacity optimization configuration model for the HS-CHP system with hydrogen storage replacement under the multiple markets is constructed to support its low-cost construction as well as economic and low-carbon operation.Taking a certain cogeneration system as an example for simulation,the results show that the system with the introduction of hydrogen energy storage is capable of achieving profitability,recovering all investment costs in an acceptable number of time-years,and achieving significant environmental benefits and sustainability.
