摘  要:输电线路冰害成因复杂,特别是在受到山地起伏地势、山区立体气候等因素共同影响情况下,采用传统的依赖人工观冰和等效物理模型的评估方法,难以全面评估输电线路的冰害风险。针对这一局限,提出了一种物理特性驱动的自适应GBDT(Gradientboostingdecisiontree)模型:结合山地输电塔线冰害过程中的物理特性,引导GBDT模型在特征选择和样本权重方面进行优化。结合麻雀搜索算法对GBDT分类器进行超参数优化,构建了基于GBDT的多分类集成模型。使用某山区覆冰监测数据进行验证,结果表明,模型的评估准确率达到了96.5%,明显优于其他评估方法。The causes of ice hazard on transmission lines are complex,particularly under the joint influence of the undulating terrain and three-dimensional climate in mountainous regions,The traditional assessment methods,which rely on manual ice observation and equivalent physical models,is difficult to comprehensively assess the ice hazard risks of transmission lines.To address these limitations,a physical feature-driven adaptive GBDT model is proposed:combining the physical characteristics in the process of mountainous transmission lines during ice hazard the GBDT model is guided to optimize in terms of feature selection and sample weights.The sparrow search algorithm is introduced to optimize the hyperparameters of the GBDT classifier,and a multi-classification integrated model based on GBDT is constructed.Using ice cover monitoring data from a certain mountainous area for verification,the results showed that the assessment accuracy of the model reached 96.5%,which is significantly better than other assessment methods.
