摘 要:[目的]本试验旨在测定28日龄白羽肉鸡小麦标准回肠氨基酸消化率(standardized ileal amino acid digestibility, SIDAA),并建立小麦常规营养成分含量与肉鸡标准回肠氨基酸消化率的多元线性回归方程。[方法]选取330只健康、体重相近的25日龄白羽AA(爱拔益加)肉鸡,采用随机区组试验设计随机分为11组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只鸡,分别饲喂1种无氮饲粮和10种小麦试验饲粮,试验期3 d。[结果]10种不同来源小麦的容重、总能、干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、无氮浸出物、淀粉、半纤维素、植酸含量的平均值分别为832 g·L^(-1)、17.6 MJ·kg^(-1)、88.42%、14.33%、1.50%、1.65%、2.29%、12.61%、3.14%、68.46%、55.96%、9.48%、6.58%,与我国小麦数据库中的数据相似,其中ADF变异系数最大(39.15%),总能变异系数最小(1.10%)。原料氨基酸变异较大,变异系数范围为13.17%~21.02%,仅有Pro、Tyr的超过了20%。必需氨基酸中Phe的SID最高(95.18%),Lys的SID最小(86.08%);非必需氨基酸中Glu的SID最高(97.26%),Asp的SID最低(86.87%)。建立了28日龄白羽肉鸡小麦饲粮12种氨基酸SID预测方程,其中Trp的SID拟合度最高(R^(2)=0.985),Met的SID拟合度最低(R^(2)=0.323)。[结论]本试验采集的10种小麦常规营养成分及其抗营养因子与氨基酸含量的变异系数较大,小麦Glu的SID最高,Trp的SID多元线性回归预测方程为最佳。[Objectives]The aim of this experiment was to determine the standardized ileal amino acid digestibility(SID AA)of wheat in 28-day-old white-feathered broiler chickens,and to establish multiple linear regression equations between the conventional nutritional content of wheat and the standardized ileal amino acid digestibility of broiler chickens.[Methods]A total of 330 healthy white-feathered Arbor Acres(AA)broilers of 28-day-old with the similar body weight were randomly divided into 11 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 5 chickens in each replicate.One kind of nitrogen-free diet and 10 kinds of wheat diets were fed for 3 days.[Results]The average values of bulk density,and the content of gross energe(GE),dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),ether extract(EE),crude ash(Ash),coarse fiber(CF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),nitrogen-free extract(NFE),starch,hemicellulose,phytic acid for 10 different sources of wheat were 832 g•L^(-1),17.6 MJ•kg^(-1),88.42%,14.33%,1.50%,1.65%,2.29%,12.61%,3.14%,68.46%,55.96%,9.48%,and 6.58%,respectively,which were similar to China s wheat database.Among them,ADF had the highest coefficient of variation(39.15%)and total energy coefficient of variation(1.10%)was the lowest.The amino acid content of the raw materials varied greatly,with a coefficient of variation mostly between 13.17%and 21.02%,with only the coefficient of variation of Pro and Tyr exceeded 20%.Among the indispensable amino acids,Phe had the highest SID(95.18%),while Lys had the lowest SID(86.08%);among dispensable amino acids,Glu had the highest SID(97.26%)and Asp had the lowest SID(86.87%).We established 12 amino acid SID prediction equations for 28-day-old white-feathered broiler chickens with wheat,among which SID Trp had the highest fitting degree(R^(2)=0.985)and SID Met had the lowest fitting degree(R^(2)=0.323).[Conclusions]The coefficient of variation for the conventional nutritional components,anti-nutritional factors,and amino acid content of 10 types of wheat collected in this e
