溶解氧浓度对增氧机增氧性能的影响

摘  要:[目的]增氧机作为提升水体溶解氧含量的关键设备,在水产养殖领域具有举足轻重的地位,然而,在增氧过程中,溶解氧浓度的变化如何影响增氧机的增氧性能,至今仍是一个尚未明确的问题。本文旨在研究溶解氧浓度对增氧机增氧性能的影响。[方法]构建增氧试验平台,选取曝气式、喷泉式、造浪式3种具有代表性的增氧机进行拓扑组合,共组成31种增氧方式,在20℃水温条件下进行增氧试验。[结果]在溶解氧浓度增量一定的条件下,随着溶解氧浓度的增加,增氧时间呈现指数增长趋势;当溶解氧浓度低于7 mg·L^(-1)时,氧质量转移系数的变异系数均在8%以内,溶解氧浓度对氧质量转移系数的影响较小。且随着溶解氧浓度增量的增加,计算得到的增氧机增氧能力与标准中的计算结果越接近。当溶解氧浓度增量为6 mg·L^(-1)时,增氧机增氧能力的平均值偏差为0.009 g·h^(-1),标准差为0.044。[结论]本研究对增氧机增氧性能的快速评估及其智能控制参数的确定和优化提供理论指导。[Objectives]As a key equipment to improve the dissolved oxygen content of the water body,the aerator plays a pivotal role in the aquaculture field,however,how the change of dissolved oxygen concentration affects the performance of the aerator in the process of aeration is still an unclear problem.The paper aimed to study the influence of initial dissolved oxygen concentration on the performance of aerator during the aeration process.[Methods]This study constructed an aeration test platform,and selected three representative aerators of aeration type,fountain type and wave type for topological combination,and composed a total of 31 aeration methods,which were tested at 20℃water temperature.[Results]With the gradual increase of dissolved oxygen concentration,the duration of oxygen increase showed an exponential growth trend under the condition of a certain increase in dissolved oxygen concentration.When the dissolved oxygen concentration was less than 7 mg•L^(-1),variation coefficient of oxygen mass transfer coefficient was less than 8%,and the influence of dissolved oxygen concentration on oxygen mass transfer coefficient was small.And with the increase of dissolved oxygen concentration,the calculated aeration capacity of the aerator was closer and closer to the calculated results in the standard.When the dissolved oxygen concentration increment was 6 mg•L^(-1),the average deviation of the aeration capacity of the aerator was 0.009 g•h^(-1),and the standard deviation was 0.044.[Conclusions]This research provided theoretical guidance for the rapid assessment of the oxygen-increasing performance of aerators and the determination and optimization of intelligent control parameters.
