摘 要:目的 探究酸性盐雾192 h腐蚀对镍铬铁/铝/氮化硼(NiCrFe/Al/BN)涂层可磨耗性能的影响。方法 采用火焰喷涂与大气等离子喷涂方式制备NiCrFe/Al/BN涂层,并对其进行192h酸性盐雾腐蚀处理。通过表面洛氏硬度检测、结合强度检测、可磨耗刮擦性能检测,分析酸性盐雾192 h腐蚀前后涂层的硬度、结合强度、进给深度比(Incursion Depth Ratio,IDR)值转变,并通过扫描电镜分析酸性盐雾腐蚀前后涂层的表面、截面与可磨耗刮擦面形貌。结果 经过酸性盐雾192 h腐蚀后,NiCrFe/Al/BN涂层表面的Ni、Cr等元素发生腐蚀,生成CrO(OH)、Ni_(2)O_(2)(OH)_(4)、Ni(ClO_(4))_(2)、NiClO_(4)、FeCl_(2)·2H_(2)O、Al_(2)O_(3)等绿色、白色与锈红色混合腐蚀产物,内部局部位置发生渗透腐蚀。涂层的表面平均硬度由(64.9±3.1) HR15Y降低至(61.3±3.7) HR15Y,平均结合强度由(8.8±0.3) MPa降低至(7.0±1.0) MPa,平均IDR值由(13.09±1.80)%提升至(14.33±1.16)%,平均摩擦因数由0.341±0.017提升至0.460±0.019。酸性盐雾腐蚀后NiCrFe/Al/BN涂层的可磨耗性能下降。结论NiCrFe/Al/BN涂层内部的局部腐蚀位置质软且结构疏松,刮磨作用下倾向于发生黏着态磨损,而并非腐蚀前喷涂态涂层的黏着磨损与磨粒磨损混合,进而导致涂层与对偶叶片间的刮磨加剧,引发径向碰磨力下降,切向碰磨力升高,平均摩擦因数升高。The effect of marine environment on the properties of abradable seal coatings is directly related to the safety of aircraft engines,which is one of the research hotspots and difficulties in the field of surface engineering.The work aims to investigate the effect mechanism of acid salt spray corrosion for 192 h on the abradability of NiCrFe/Al/BN coatings.The as-sprayed NiCrFe/Al/BN coatings,consisting of NiAl bond coat and NiCrFe/Al/BN surface coat,were prepared by atmospheric plasma spraying and flame spraying,respectively.Then,the corroded NiCrFe/Al/BN coatings were prepared and some of as-sprayed NiCrFe/Al/BN coatings were placed in the acid salt spray environment for four cycles composed of 24 h spray and 24 h drying,and a total of 192 h of corrosion was conducted.The hardness,bonding strength,and incursion depth ratio(IDR)value changes of the coatings before and after acid salt spray corrosion for 192 h were analyzed by surface Rockwell hardness testing,bonding strength testing,and abrasion resistance testing,respectively.The surface,cross-section,and abrasion resistance surface morphologies of the coatings before and after acid salt spray corrosion were also analyzed with scanning electron microscopy.A mixed corrosion product of green,white,and red rust appeared on the surface of NiCrFe/Al/BN coatings after acid salt spray corrosion for 192 h,which was mainly due to the corrosion of metal elements such as Ni and Cr,and composed of CrO(OH),Ni_(2)O_(2)(OH)_(4),Ni(ClO_(4))_(2),NiClO_(4),FeCl_(2)·2H_(2)O and Al2O3.Meanwhile,penetration corrosion occurred locally inside the NiCrFe/Al/BN coatings,which was due to the penetration of corrosive media through voids.After acid salt spray corrosion for 192 h,the average surface hardness of the coatings decreased from(64.9±3.1)HR15Y to(61.3±3.7)HR15Y,and the average bonding strength of the coatings decreased from(8.8±0.3)MPa to(7.0±1.0)MPa.The average IDR value of coatings increased from(13.09±1.80)%to(14.33±1.16)%,and the average friction coefficient increased f
