摘　　要：发展新型农村集体经济是我国推进乡村振兴战略的关键举措,同时也是实现农民共同富裕的重要途径。基于新时代我国新型农村集体经济可持续发展的本质特征,在分析新型农村集体经济内生发展动力、发展不平衡性、市场化运营机制对新型农村集体经济自身发展造成的影响的基础上,提出新时代新型农村集体经济可持续发展的路径:强化政策引导,增强农民对发展新型农村集体经济的信心;夯实人才队伍基础,提升管理与发展能力;强化政策扶持,夯实新型农村集体经济基础;多元化策略助推新型农村集体经济均衡发展;构建和完善新型农村集体经济组织的市场化运营机制;构建多维度长效发展机制,确保持续稳健发展。有鉴于此,未来需要进一步深入探索新型农村集体经济实现全面发展的长效运作机制,以期形成一套能够支撑其可持续发展的体系,从而为乡村振兴战略的有效实施提供有力支撑。The development of the new rural collective economy is a key initiative for advancing the rural revitalization strategy in China,and it is also an important pathway to achieve common prosperity for farmers.Based on the essential characteristics of the sustainable development of China’s new rural collective economy in the new era,this study analyzes the impact of the endogenous development driving force,the development imbalances,and market-oriented operational mechanism on the growth of the new rural collective economy.Consequently,it proposes pathways for the sustainable development of the new rural collective economy in the new era:strengthening policy guidance and enhancing farmers’confidence in the development of new rural collective economy;consolidating the foundation of the talent team and enhancing management and development capabilities;strengthening policy support and consolidating the foundation of the new rural collective economy;employing diversified strategies to promote balanced development of the new rural collective economy;constructing and improving the market-oriented operational mechanism for new rural collective economic organizations;building multidimensional long-term development mechanisms to ensure sustained and stable growth.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the long-term operational mechanisms for the comprehensive development of the new rural collective economy in the future,in order to form a system capable of supporting its sustainable development and provide strong support for the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
