摘　　要：从用人单位角度出发,通过调研了解财务数字化转型的相关情况,明晰复合型会计人才的市场需求和素质能力要求。根据已有研究和调研结果分析发现,用人单位面临复合型人才匮乏等困境,主要是因为人才培养供给与实际需求之间存在结构性失衡。基于此,提出了以市场需求为导向构建复合型人才能力培养及相关课程设计方案,为高校开展多学科交叉复合型“会计+数字化”人才培养提供参考,为会计专业学生的职业发展规划提供启示。From the employer's perspective,this study investigates the current landscape of financial digital transformation to identify market demands and competency requirements for interdisciplinary accounting professionals.Survey analysis reveals a structural mismatch between talent supply and industry needs,with employers facing critical shortages of professionals integrating accounting expertise and digital literacy.To address this gap,a market-driven competency framework and corresponding curriculum design were proposed.The framework provides actionable guidance for universities to cultivate"Accounting+Digital"interdisciplinary talent through cross-disciplinary integration,while offering strategic insights for accounting students'career development planning.
