摘 要:居住建筑作为高使用率、高能耗占比的建筑类型,其设计是否合理既关系到建设方的建设成本和用户的使用成本,又对国家节能降碳的战略政策有重大意义。文章以五个不同类型的居住建筑项目为例,分别进行节能计算,通过对比研究计算结果,总结出每个案例相应的优化措施及成本控制法则,接着进一步归纳分析,从而将结论引申至每个案例对应类型的居住建筑。As a building type with high utilization rate and high proportion of energy consumption,the rationality of the design of residential buildings is not only related to the construction cost of the developers and the usage cost of the users,but also has significant implications for the national strategic policies on energy conservation and carbon reduction.The article takes five different types of residential building projects as examples to conduct energy-saving calculations respectively.By comparing and studying the calculation results,the corresponding optimization measures and cost control rules for each case are summarized.Then,further induction and analysis is conducted to extend the conclusions to the corresponding types of residential buildings in each case.
