摘　　要：建筑业是全球最大的能源消耗者和碳排放源之一,推动建筑领域的节能减排,促进既有建筑的绿色改造,以实现节能减碳更新,是当前建筑行业的重要任务。本文考虑到实现节能减碳更新及提升建筑内部环境舒适度这一核心目标,因此遵循适应性、安全性、健康舒适性、资源有效利用及环境友好性等原则,设计了包括围护结构节能改造、设备节能升级、绿色能源应用、立体绿化与生态设计等在内的综合改造技术措施。这些措施不仅直接促进了节能降耗与经济效益的提升,还带来了增强社会凝聚力、推动可持续发展等广泛的社会效益。此外,文章还探讨了完善绿色改造政策法规、构建绿色建筑市场机制以及市场激励策略,旨在进一步推动建筑节能减排与可持续发展目标的实现。The construction industry is one of the world’s largest energy consumers and carbon emission sources.Promoting energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction sector,facilitating green transformation of existing buildings,and achieving energy conservation and carbon reduction updates are important tasks for the current construction industry.Considering the core goal of achieving energy conservation and carbon reduction upgrades,as well as improving the internal environmental comfort of buildings,comprehensive renovation technical measures are designed,including energy-saving renovation of enclosure structures,upgrading of equipment,application of green energy,vertical greening,and ecological design,following the principles of adaptability,safety,health and comfort,effective utilization of resources,and environmental friendliness.These measures not only directly promote energy conservation,consumption reduction,and economic benefits,but also bring extensive social benefits such as enhancing social cohesion and promoting sustainable development.In addition,the improvement of green renovation policies and regulations,the establishment of a green building market mechanism,and market incentive strategies are also explored,aiming to further promote the realization of building energy conservation,emission reduction,and sustainable development goals.
