摘  要:夏热冬冷地区暖通空调系统能耗约占建筑运行能耗的50%多,制冷系统能耗又占其中60%左右。本文分析了夏热冬冷地区建筑空调冷源形式特点,提出了冷水机组加空气源热泵系统制冷能效水平评价方法建议。定义制冷系统全年当量综合能效比计算公式,以参照现有高效制冷机房评价方法,评价“蓄冷空调系统”制冷能效。建议建立“低碳冷热源系统”评价体系,以更完整准确反映夏热冬冷地区建筑节能减排水平。In hot summer and cold winter areas,the energy consumption of HVAC systems accounts for more than 50%of total energy consumption of buildings and the energy consumption of the cooling system takes up about 60%of the total HVAC system consumption.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the cold source form of building air conditioning in hot summer and cold winter areas,and presents suggestions for evaluating the refrigeration energy efficiency level of chiller plus air source heat pump system.The formula for calculating the annual equivalent comprehensive energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration system was defined to evaluate the refrigeration energy efficiency of the cool storage air-conditioning system with reference to the existing evaluation methods of high-efficiency refrigeration machine rooms.Thus an evaluation system of"low-carbon cooling and heating source system"is suggested to reflect the level of building energy conservation and emission reduction in hot summer and cold winter areas in a more completely and accurately way.
