摘 要:智慧建筑管理系统利用高新技术实现建筑的智能化管理,但传统系统在实时性和动态响应不足,难以应对复杂环境需求。数字孪生技术借助虚拟模型与物理建筑的同步映射分析,为智慧建筑管理提供更精确高效的解决思路。本文基于数字孪生技术优化智慧建筑管理系统,从精准数据采集、能耗智能调节、设备故障预测、多级应急预警、空气质量动态控制和数据驱动决策支持等方面提出优化方案,实验结果显示,数字孪生技术显著提升系统在节能、环境控制、设备维护和应急响应方面的效率,为智慧建筑管理提供技术支持。The smart building management system utilizes advanced technologies to achieve intelligent building management.However,traditional systems lack real-time capabilities and dynamic responsiveness,making it difficult to meet the demands of complex environments.Digital twin technology,through synchronized mapping and analysis between virtual models and physical buildings,offers a more precise and efficient approach to smart building management.This paper optimizes the smart building management system based on digital twin technology,and proposes optimization plans in aspects such as precise data collection,intelligent energy consumption regulation,equipment fault prediction,multi-level emergency warning,dynamic air quality control,and data-driven decision-making support.Experimental results show that digital twin technology significantly enhances the system’s efficiency in energy saving,environmental control,equipment maintenance,and emergency response,providing technical support for smart building management.
