摘 要:BIM模型合规性审查在推动建筑行业发展方面发挥着重要作用,传统的BIM模型审查多依赖人工,审查效率、质量和准确性都有待提高,为保证建筑信息模型(BIM)符合设计规范特别是规范强制性条文要求,提高建筑设计成果合规性检查的自动化水平,依靠合规性检查在工程领域中的应用情况,结合微软公司最新提出的GraphRAG方法,将检索增强技术(RAG)与知识图谱相结合,并通过二次开发提取BIM数据,提出了BIM模型的检查系统框架,该系统框架可以直接对导入的BIM数据进行审查,智能生成审查报告。The compliance review of BIM models plays an important role in promoting the development of the construction industry.The traditional BIM model reviews mostly rely on manual work,and there is still room for improvement in terms of review efficiency,quality and accuracy.In order to ensure that the Building Information Modeling(BIM)complies with the design specifications,especially the mandatory provisions of the specifications,and to improve the automation level of the compliance inspection for architectural design results,the retrieval augmented generation(RAG)technology is combined with the knowledge map based on the application of compliance inspection in the engineering field and the GraphRAG method recently proposed by Microsoft,extracting BIM data through secondary development.A framework for BIM model inspection system is proposed,which can directly review the imported BIM data and intelligently generate the review report.
